Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment for filming:

The website www.filmoffice.co.uk helped me determine what is and isn't allowed when filming in order to prevent any injuries. 

Youths under 10 were used when filming which is why it is important to to ask permission from their parent/guardians, incase of any potential hazards. I am classified as an adult, however, parents should always have full responsibility if signing a consent form. 

Produced risk assessments for the filming was looked over and signed by both parent/guardians and teachers. All hazards and control measures involved when filming were highlighted. Illustrated below is the completed risk assessment form:
